MEMBERSHIP POINTS ACQUISITION POLICY
For each successful purchase of a Caseme product, the customer will receive bonus points corresponding to the total invoice value according to the following calculation: 10 Peso = 1 point.
For example:
- For 710 Peso bill, customers will accumulate 71 points.
- For a bill of 1,098 Pesos, customers will accumulate 110 points.
During the purchase process to accumulate points, customers can update the following information: (request customers to provide photos of previous product receipt)
- Customer name:
- Phone number can only be changed once. Caseme will not change to a completely different name than the original real name of the registered account.
- Date of birth
Scope of application for points accumulation: purchases at Caseme Websites / Fanpages and via Facebook
❖ PROMOTIONS AND GIFTS:
I. Discount:
− Customers with 50-300 points receive a 5% discount on their next order
− Customers over 300 receive a 10% discount on their next order
− This offer will apply to other programs depending on the conditions of each program
II. Gift-card gifts:
− 200 customers will receive 01 Caseme VND banknote worth 20,000 VND
− 500 customers will receive 02 Caseme VND notes worth 50,000 VND
− 1000 customers will receive 02 Caseme VND notes worth 100,000 VND
− The expiration date of this Gift-card is 3 months from the date of issue
III. Caseme products:
− Customers with 500 points will receive 01 Caseme product
− 1000 customers receive 02 Caseme products
IV. Discount coupons:
− Customers from 100 points to less than 500 points will receive 02 10% discount coupons in one cycle. Each coupon will be issued every 3 months.
− Customers with 600 points will receive 04 10% discount coupons in one cycle. Each coupon will be released every 2 months.
− A cycle starts from October of this year to September of the following year
− This coupon does not apply in conjunction with other promotions
− If the customer does not use it, the coupon will not be renewed when it expires
NOTE:
- The program applies from May 1, 2024. The program is subject to change without prior notice.
- Gifts cannot be converted to cash or transferred in any form.
- In case the customer uses two or more phone numbers / emails to make a purchase, Caseme will not be able to combine the points of two or more accounts, so the customer needs to read / enter the correct registered phone number / email. When making a purchase to accumulate points in the desired account.
- Points only apply to Caseme products
- Customers receive incentives and gifts when purchasing products at Caseme's websites and Facebook
